Join our 1.25-hour food waste jewelry upcycling workshop to discover how fruit peels and veggie scraps can be transformed into beautiful, gemstone-like beads! Dive into the food waste bead upcycling process as you mix, mold, and craft your own conscious creation afterwards — a bracelet or necklace. Included: * "Impact Intro" to food waste & Ways Out's work, * "Mixing Demo" getting a taste of how peels can be turned into beads * "Upcycling" either a bracelet or a necklace, and * "Think Tank" brainstorming individual actions to address sustainability Great Benefits Come Along: 1. 6 different bead hues to choose from: Red from dragon fruit peels, Gold from orange peels, Green from pomelo peels, Beige from radish peels, Black from coffee grounds, and Pink from garlic peels 2. 2 jewelry attachment colors to choose from: gold or silver 3. Cancellation Policy
Confirmation - Booking will only be confirmed after payment is received. - You'll get confirmation within 24 hours. If you don't receive a confirmation email, email us at info@waysouthk.com Cancellation policy - In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, Ways Out reserves the right to cancel the activity. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule - Refunds or amendments can't be issued if: 1. Participants arrive late or don't arrive at all 2. Refunds can't be issued for any participants who are late by 10 minutes or more - The activity will be rescheduled if there is not a min. of 4 participants. If this happens, you'll get a rescheduled time. To reschedule, please contact us at info@waysouthk.com Eligibility - Children aged 6 to 9 must be accompanied by a paying adult Precautions - Participants must be over 10 years old, and if accompanied by a parent, an additional $200/person will be charged (if only one person is purchased), and payment can be made to the merchant on the day of the event - If typhoon signal No. 8 or black rain is hoisted by the Hong Kong Observatory 3 hours before the event, the event will be rescheduled and notified separately. - Please arrive at the studio on time as scheduled. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your reservation will be automatically canceled and the tickets will be invalid and cannot be exchanged or refunded. Please be on time. - If you need to cancel your participation in the event, you must notify us at least 7 days before the event. Fees will not be refunded upon successful cancellation, but we may consider arranging your participation in other similar events. An event can only be canceled once. If you give notice of cancellation less than 7 days before the event, it will not be accepted and cannot be rescheduled. Participant Responsibilities - Participants should respect the workshop instructor and other participants. Any form of harassment, discrimination or inappropriate behavior will be taken seriously. - Please keep the workplace clean and safe during the event. If damage is accidentally caused, participants are responsible for repairing or paying the corresponding costs. Item Ownership - Items produced during the event belong to the participants personally. - Participants agree to allow us to use photos or video footage after the event for publicity and promotional purposes. If you have any objections, please inform us in advance. Prohibitions & Limitations - Pets are prohibited.
